Director
Jacqui Richards
Jacqui is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD and a Fellow of CMI. She has 30 years private sector HR experience across a variety of industries. Jacqui also worked for the Government of Jersey as the Director of Jersey Business School.
She has previously held positions on the Jersey CIPD Branch, the Jersey Chamber of Commerce HR Sub-Committee and worked directly for CIPD as a national CIPD Membership Upgrade Assessor. She is a qualified adult education tutor, assessor and internal verifier. Jacqui is also a member of the British Psychological Society, and an MBTI and FIRO accredited practitioner.
Jacqui is currently studying (as part of the very first cohort) on the Professional ADHD Coaching Diploma, delivered by the ADHD Foundation Neurodiversity UK and the Universal Coaching Alliance (UK) and accredited by John Moores University, Liverpool.

James Horrigan
James has enjoyed a successful career in professional and consultancy services for 30 years and holds a Postgraduate Professional Diploma in Governance Risk and Compliance.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and holds Chartered Manager status. James supports the professional body in a voluntary position as a Registered Mentor on its Mentoring Programme, which gives active CMI students access to Chartered Managers as mentors. He has held a range of senior management, consultancy, and board positions, and is a European Mentoring and Coaching Council member.
Prior to joining Compass Jersey, James worked as a Lead Examiner at the Jersey Financial Services Commission and has held senior regulated Compliance and Risk roles in the offshore finance industry.
Client Experience Director
Jada Heynes
Jada is an Associate Member of CIPD and a Member of CMI. She has over 10 years' experience of HR service delivery to Compass clients. Jada is the lead tutor on several programmes delivered for the Government of Jersey, both online and in-person.
She has previously held several management positions, including managing high performing sales teams.
